Simple And Delicious Mushroom Rice Recipe

Hi my luvly ladies here is the recipe of mushroom rice by @kill.me.pleas. It is easy to prepare, really delicious to eat, and worth serving on special occasions.

 

Preparing Mushroom Rice

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g long-grain rice
  • 450 ml vegetable stock or water salt to taste
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 lemon
  • parsley leaves for garnishing

 

Preparation:

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter. Put the onion and garlic and, stir for 3-4 minutes.

Add the rice and fry and, stir for 1 minute. The oil should cover the entire rice grain.

Pour water, and add salt. Bring to a boil and, cook on the minimum heat with the lid until the rice is tender (about 30 minutes). Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms and, fry them on medium high heat in vegetable oil, until it becomes soft-crisp.

Add mushrooms, lemon peel and, finely chopped parsley to the rice.

Mix all and, allow to stand, covered for 5 minutes. Mushroom Rice is Ready.
