Here is the recipe of a healthy as well as, a refreshing Watermelon Mocktail.
The sweetness of watermelon has been fused with tastes of ginger and lemon.
- Watermelon slices – 3/4 cup
- Ginger – one small fresh knob
- Lemon – 1/2 piece
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Blend Ginger and lemon, by adding sugar. Add watermelon and water and, blend again. Filter the juice and, serve by adding ice cubes.
As watermelon contains a high amount of water and, the ginger helps in digestion, this watermelon mocktail is definitely a great starter.
